Over the past 3 years, I've auto invested into their Supplemental Income Plus plan.

Thesis
Real estate produces both dividends and appreciation. I was looking for an easy way to get into commercial real estate without needing large amounts of capital and Fundrise provided an option.
Results
Outside of 2021 and the pandemic, the results have been steady hovering around 7% returns. Tax treatment is not as favorable as holding real estate yourself since it's taxed as ordinary dividends.
As a passive income investment, I think 7% is a fair result without the stresses of owning real estate nor dealing with volatility of the stock market. I believe it's a worthwhile investment so long as you can hold the investment for 5+ years.
